📢 Latest NEET UG 2026 Notification

NTA has released the NEET UG 2026 Information Bulletin and the official 2026 syllabus. The NEET UG 2026 examination was conducted on 3 May 2026, followed by a re-examination on 21 June 2026 for the candidates covered by the NTA re-examination notice. The 2026 score card was released on 16 July 2026.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed or be appearing in Class 12/equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as prescribed in the NEET eligibility rules.

🎂

Minimum Age

Candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2026. There is no upper age limit for NEET UG.

🌏

Nationality

Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs and Foreign Nationals may apply subject to the applicable admission and nationality rules.

Qualifying Criteria

For admission to undergraduate medical courses, the applicable qualifying percentile and academic eligibility criteria of NMC and other competent authorities must be satisfied.

🔄 Important Syllabus Update for NEET 2026

The NEET UG 2026 syllabus is based on the revised syllabus published officially for the examination. Several detailed topics from the earlier syllabus have been reduced or removed. Students should therefore use the official 2026 syllabus instead of relying on an old 2024 or 2025 topic list.

Physics

Several sub-topics have been streamlined. The official 2026 unit-wise syllabus should be followed for exact topic coverage.

Chemistry

Topics from areas such as Environmental Chemistry and Polymers have been reduced/removed, while specific concepts in Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding and other units are explicitly included.

Biology

Several detailed portions of Plant Physiology, Human Physiology, Reproduction, Ecology and other areas have been revised. Follow the official 2026 syllabus for exact sub-topics.
