Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institution.

The latest CEN RPF 01/2024 prescribed 20–28 years for Sub-Inspector, subject to the cut-off date and applicable relaxations.

Nationality
Eligibility includes Indian citizens and certain categories of Nepal/Bhutan subjects as specified in the official notification.

Physical Standards
Candidates must satisfy the prescribed Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test requirements.

Latest Official Pattern: The RPF SI CBT consists of 120 objective questions for 120 marks with a duration of 90 minutes. Each correct answer carries one mark and one-third mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

🏃 RPF SI Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Running
Male: 1600 metres in 6 min 30 sec
Female: 800 metres in 4 min
Long Jump
Male: 12 feet
Female: 9 feet
High Jump
Male: 3 feet 9 inches
Female: 3 feet
Ex-servicemen are exempted from PET under the notified recruitment rules but are required to undergo PMT.
