📢 SBI Clerk 2026 Latest Notification
SBI has released the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment notification for 2026 under Advertisement No. CRPD/CR/2026-27/17. The recruitment includes 7,680 regular vacancies and 1,444 backlog vacancies, making a total of 9,124 vacancies.
Online registration and fee payment were open from 11 August 2026 to 31 August 2026. The Preliminary Examination is tentatively scheduled for September 2026 and the Main Examination for November 2026.

Candidates must be proficient in the specified local language of the State/UT applied for.

Final-year/semester candidates may apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of graduation by 31 December 2026.

Preliminary Examination
Online objective test of 100 marks and 1 hour duration.

Main Examination
Online objective examination of 190 questions and 200 marks.

Local Language Test
Applicable to provisionally selected candidates who have not studied the specified local language in Class 10 or 12.
Final Merit: Preliminary Examination marks are not added to the final merit list. SBI states that the Main Examination aggregate is considered for provisional selection, subject to eligibility verification and the applicable Local Language Proficiency Test.
🗣️ Local Language Proficiency Test
Candidates applying for a State/UT must select one specified local language during the application process. Candidates who have studied the specified local language in Class 10 or 12 and can provide the required certificate are exempt from the language test.
